I went through the drive thru as I had a coupon for a free jumbo jack with purchase of a large drink. I went on to also order 10 churros along with another jumbo jack and earlier that morning I received an email that entitled me to a free egg roll with any purchase. I placed my order except for the egg roll and verified order on the screen. When I got to the window, I paid for my order, I was due change of $15.05. I inquired about the egg roll, the cashier barely spoke English but said I no nothing about that. While she took my money, I opened up the email for her. She took my phone instead of looking at it and walked away, came back and said ok, so you want egg roll? I told her yes. She got my egg roll, asked if I wanted sauce, then handed me my original order bag and my drink. I drove away not realizing I never received my change. Luckily, I hadn't even made it out of the parking lot. I went back into the store and explained the situation to the manager. He spoke to attendant at the drive thru and she said she didn't remember. It was literally less than 5 min ago. They asked me to wait a minute and I waited over 20 minutes while they pulled the drawer and counted it. They gave me my change of $15.05 and never even apologized!! I gave the original receipt to the manager and I don't believe I ever received it back. When I finally got back to work and now docked 30 min pay because I was late, I opened my bag to now find out my order was wrong. I should have had 2 jumbo jacks, instead I received 1 chicken sandwich and a jumbo jack and instead of 10 churros, I got 5 with a few fries (and I paid for 10) . Update to my review. I was contacted by management. They apologized, sent me coupons (thank you! i love those), and said they would investigate. I personally think they all know the store is closing every night, but they don't want to admit it. Just become a Burger King and be done. I have added new closed sign pics. I wonder if you can lose your franchise for this? Just curious.

Worst Jack in Box ever...I'm not even sure where to start.
First to the owner: Please don't say "I'm sorry we will investigate if you go to this link and communicate. " I already did go to the link, so I would like to know how have the other investigations gone? Why does this Jack continue to close whenever they feel like it? And ruin other people's days? Just pick some hours and staff the dang Jack.... or close it down. No one takes any pride in working there that I can see. But most importantly shame on the store manager and owner for allowing this to happen... for not clearing the homeless riff raft out of the parking lot and making the store safe. For allowing staff to do whatever they want. For taking advantage of Young teenagers making them "shift leads" and teaching them that this is how to run a store.
