(4/2) Jamie in the drive through was rude about something so trivial!! She made a BIG deal about me grabbing some water in the drive thru and said usually people have to park and walk in! There were literally no people behind me in the drive thru line!! She made it clear I inconvenienced her, didn’t even fill up my water all the way💀:while it was in a STARBUCKS brand pink TUMBLER. Post a sign of this “rule” or kick rocks. Smh It’s illegal to refuse water here in AZ also.

Around 3:30/4pm this location gets filled with high schoolers & middle schoolers FYI!! It’s like a SCHOOL CAFETERIA. 🙄SMH By about 5:40 their all gone. // Feb. 4th:: Dining room is CLOSED 🤦‍♀️😕 due to Covid..when it was open before. OPEN AGAIN:: March 28th! /// The sink fixtures barely have any water coming out of the faucet…for being a new building. We come here frequently and usually the staff is so friendly and fun. The young guy at the window must have been new, and someone making drinks was so rude to him because he made a mistake. I felt so bad and wished I had taken the wrong drink and just tossed it. I also didn't get one of my drinks and had to drive back around, but I chose not to speak to the speaker and get him in more trouble. He was trying, and I felt so awful for him. When I received my drink, it wasn't even stirred because she didn't even try to make it nice, even slamming down the thing she poured my drink from. She might have been frustrated, but helping him might have been more effective. 😢 I kept apologizing to...
