Zephyr Cafe — Restaurant in Piedmont

We were in Piedmont for business and I had the opportunity to stop at The Zephyr Cafe for lunch. On special they had a Strawberry Almond Grilled Chicken salad. I love these type of salads so I was excited. I was NOT disappointed. Wow. Plenty of chicken, plenty of strawberries and blueberries. Plenty of shaved almonds.....and just enough dressing that it didn't overpower the salad and make it slimy. Also,, I absolutely loved the atmosphere. Because the town is so small, everybody knows each other. I loved hearing the waitstaff call the guests by their name. The young lady that served me,(I wish I would have gotten her name) was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, offered up information on the specials and made sure I had plenty of water and coffee. If you are in the area, I highly recommend Zephyr cafe for...

I love this place so much. I hope this town doesn’t grow. I hope no city hippies come here. This place makes you feel at home. I adore the ladies who work here. Each one makes you feel like family. Best French dip I’ve ever had. But to all the city folk, you won’t like it. You like chemicals. Keep eating your chemicals and stay away from this place. Don’t come here or the White Avenger will come for you! I moved here because my small town became a dumb Instagram city. I had to leave because I didn’t wanna get any rainbow on me. So keep my old town, I found Piedmont, but don’t you dare try to glitter my new town because this time, I’m fed up and I’ll make hog...

Asked for hushpuppies that was included in our meals ..and waitress screamed across the restaurant that she was busy trying to do 100 things at once ..when she finally brought them she slammed them on table and then never came back to check on us or refill drinks or bring ticket had to ask at register how much i owed ..terrable service ..would give no stars if possible like i gave no tip ..you would think waitresses would know that they work for tips and the better service... the better...
