Visited around noon on July 5th. The food was fine but the service was horrible. Besides bringing the food, the hostess didn't visit our table once. No "would you like cheese on your meal". No "would you like anything else?". And it wasn't due to being busy...as the place was dead other than an apparent coal miner with his family that had a screaming kid. Staff should have asked the parents to either quiet the child or ask them to leave as others shouldn't be given headaches and have their meal experience ruined by poor parenting and spoiled children (not even an infant...more like school age or very close to it age). But it's to be expected I guess from this location. I'd previously visited Easter weekend the prior year and they were out of most drinks and the hostess was rude as hell to us. I don't know if it's management or ownership (probably both) but this location doesn't deserve the franchise as they're only going to give Fazoli's a bad reputation. Literally the only bad Fazoli's I've been to out of about a dozen locations. Sucks too since it's one of my favorite chains and this is the closest one to...

I want to say upfront that the drive thru lady was amazing and my review does not reflect on HER at all. Arrived at the store at 5:37–got our food but the second order’s wings were wrong, server gave us the wings that were wrong as an apology since they were already made—but the manager made her take it back after she already gave it to us—did not want to give us a refund for over charging my mother, and copped an attitude when she asked him “Isn’t there taxes on the 3 dollars I was overcharged?” “NOPE!!” He snapped at her and slammed the window shut. Mind I just spent $63.68 at this establishment and my mother spent 16.88. We didn’t even get to LEAVE the drive thru until 6:10. UPDATE: THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. Not going back to get another drive thru window slammed in our face, gonna have to eat the loss. The hot sauce is burning our throats just smelling it, let alone...
