McDonald's — Restaurant in Pinconning Township

Dear Rotton Ronnines!! I seriously messed up!! I know better than to assume your going to provide at least a correct and tasty breakfast! Shame on me I know better. Big breakfast with hotcakes, no utensils, cold pancakes, crusty brown eggs, a severely greasy unsalted hash brown with nothing to make it even salty except my attitude after receiving my fabulously terrible breakfast.. if you would like to inspect it the hash brown is currently cooling off the highway exit as the air outside is warmer than the garbage you called breakfast. I managed to make the rest of that trash into an actual can as I would rather be hungry at work all day than punish my poor decision by consuming the items you called food. Thank you so very much for making my day amazing. Just so you are aware we did ask for extra butter, and upon delivery of the items we were assured everything is there. I waited 15 min is the drive-thru and was not willing to do that again. I'm not sure how you can, but do better. I've eaten at your establishment several times over the last couple of months due to time constraint every single time my food has been thrown away. You used to be my favorite quick stop. I give this McDonald's a one star I've ordered from hair twice from the mobile app. I never got my food either time and the last time I ordered. They would not get my son the coffees I ordered because he said the order number wrong big deal. My coffees were already paid for give my child his coffees. I thought that was pretty ignorant of them. The first time it was an order for $20 Which they did. Give me the money back for that over the phone. Mine, you. the second time. She said she couldn't give me the money back unless I came up there. Because I had already told her I was already back home, which I live in Bay City. The mcdonald's is in Pinconning. Most people don't pay a lot of attention to their food from McDonald's, as long as it's not cold or takes too much time to get it. Unless it's a mess inside the wrapper, or all over the bag from drive thru., they're not going to give it much thought. Well, I worked at McDonald's, a number of them many years ago... I'd like to think that I cared a lot about how my product looked as well as it's freshness and taste. THESE FOLKS GET IT RIGHT! Good tasting, fresh, and well prepared and presented. They CARE about getting you a quality product. In the years since I have been with McDonald's, I've always been critical in my evaluation of the stores I visit, this one in Pinconning, and just off the expressway, is one of TOP 3 I've been to.
