Wendy's — Restaurant in Pine Creek Township

The first time we went through the drive thru, the food was good and hot. However we didn’t get our drinks and spoon in the bag like we were told. Also forgot the straws but i do understand it was their first day open and were pretty busy so im not too mad about that it was just kind of funny. The second time we just didn’t get our straws and sauce which im also not to mad about. But last night we went thru and spent quite a bit and they gave us the wrong change, and have never given us a receipt until i asked when they’re up charging from any other wendys we went to. And i get it was nearly midnight but the food could have been hotter like it wasn’t sitting for an hour. The bad reviews are your typical people...ONE thing isn't perfect and they leave the worst review possible, 1 star. So ignorant and petty. Seriously, there should be an IQ test to be able to leave reviews!

We have gone twice now. Both times the food was good, not great, and both times the wait was a little long. IT'S A NEW RESTAURANT WITH ALL NEW STAFF...if you don't want to risk these things then don't go to a NEW RESTAURANT WITH ALL NEW STAFF. The other thing was the dining room could have been kept cleaner. It was the lunch rush, but they seemed to have plenty of staff and then some, so I would expect someone to be bussing the room for all the filthy people that make messes and walk away from it. First off Restaurants that advertise 24 hours but can’t take orders at 4 am……. Are not 24 hours. Therefore it stands to reason that if you can’t take customers 24 consecutive hours then you should just close at midnight and reopen at 5 am. And also if you can’t take customers fine close the doors and we will go away but to have your doors open and ignore customers who walk in and then say after 5 minutes of being ignored tell that customer sorry we can’t take orders during our reset…….
