Wanted to try "local food" while visiting the area, and I don't know if it was a misunderstanding because I asked if the fried shrimp poboy could be made into a wrap (I meant substitute the bread for a wrap) but they put cheddar cheese on it which was a very interesting flavor journey. It wasn't completely inedible, but I definitely don't recommend it. The fried okra was AMAZING, and I'll be stopping in to get some when I visit in the future.
Other things worth mentioning: -Staff was incredibly friendly -The dining room and bathroom were very clean -We were served a bag of chips that expired more than 2 weeks prior -They charge a credit card service fee (4%!!!) but there was no sign nor did they verbally state it before running my card...

BUT, I had bar-b-q chicken tenders (chicken fingers), grits (and they scraped the bottom of the pan to get them for me), collard greens, a corn bread role, and a mountain dew; I was incredibly pleased with all of it untol I got the bill. $25.46. First of all, the young lady who took my order gave me the wrong information about the price. I called to get some clarification. The older sounding woman automatically tells me that the order is already gone and she wouldn't be issuing a refund. I didn't want a refund. I wish she would have taken responsibility for the misinformation and offered an apology. A bad apple always spoils the bunch. That bit of customer service was horrible. The food is probably good but this is my first and last experience with this...
