I usually always love Pizza Roma and I've never had a problem before but today was probably one of the worst experiences I've had. I ordered a simple order, it was a meatball hoagie, Buffalo blue wings with blue cheese and two pieces of garlic bread to share between a friend and I. First thing first was that it immediately smelt very weird. Some kind of off smell was coming from the food. We opened the bag and found that they gave up mild wings instead. It wasn't a big deal but I still decided to call to see if there was any way we could get it fixed. The girl on the phone was very nice but sadly was no help at all. She stated "we will take a note of it to make sure it doesn't happen next time". Not the answer I was hoping for but I took it and hung up. We tried eating the wings and they are WAY TOO SPICY the Buffalo blue wings have a little kick but nothing like this. Im not someone who can handle spice well and its impossible to eat these. Second we decided to just eat the garlic bread and the cheese is spoiled. It tasted sour and was mushy. Not even edible. The meatball hoagie was alright. Not the best but I wasn't expecting much after they failed with my two other items. The man taking my order sounded like he was training so I have so sympathy for this but this is unacceptable. To not even offer a refund or replacement made this experience completely unbearable. I've worked in customer service and the food industry before so I understand the stresses however this was very upsetting and I don't think ill be likely to order here again. Which makes me really sad because I love the...

A mess. Used to be a good place with a menu similar to the rest of the Roma's. Menus wise maybe, service wise a mess. 19 years of dealing with the restaurant, I will never use them again nor recommend then to anyone. I called in a delivery at 5:00pm for a 7:10 delivery. I was told not a problem they could do that. Needless to say the order was late by 10mins. This would not be a big deal if it wasn't for the fact that I was running an event and I had officials to feed during a break. Also the fact that the restaurant is less than one half mile from where the delivery was going, On my second call to the place, an indignant person on the phone, was nothing but useless. I was told there's a buffer an I have to accept that. I disagree, when someone calls in for a delivery with a specific time, they want the order at a specific time. Do not agree to deal/contract if you can not do it. 19 years of ordering here, I'm done and would not recommend anyone using them. This wasn't the first problem, there have been others. This is the last problem with me and anyone I can get to avoid this place.

If I knew i was paying for late or an approximation delivery time I would have set it up for pick up.

PS the food was cold and the...

We've been customers for many, many years. The food is typically good. Pickup is usually pretty close to the time estimate. Delivery is questionable. Tonight was our worst experience yet. Order was called in at 4:40pm. I was quoted 40 minutes. We got the daily special - 2 large pizzas and free cheesy bread. An hour later, no pizza. I called and they said 15 minutes. I called again to make sure my order wasn't delivered to the wrong address or something. They had it in the system but assured me it was out for delivery. I had friends visiting and 2 hangry toddlers at this point. I called again 20 minutes later and he said there was an issue but the pizza was on the way for sure this time. It came 5 minutes later. (Almost 2 hours from initial order) Delivery guy said there's an issue with their system for cheesy bread so he didn't have it at first and had to go back to the store for it. Cheesy bread was delicious but the pizza was cold, crust was hard from being old, and it was honestly hard to eat. My toddler literally couldn't eat it. We'll be going elsewhere in the future, especially...

Wow, I’m really surprised by how low these ratings are! I actually really enjoyed this pizza place. They offered really tasty food at a very reasonable price (in fact, better than most other places both price and quality wise). I tried their cheese calzone. First, it was stuffed with a ton of cheese! And, the cheese tasted high quality. It wasn’t too greasy. They had a ton of mozzarella especially, but the creamy ricotta was also very good. No complaints there at all! I thought the calzone looked like it had pepper on it, but it doesn’t. This is just how the bready part is baked I suppose. It’s not too salty at all, and there is a very good ratio of bread to cheese (more cheese than bread). Amazing portion for $12! The sauce on the side was pretty mediocre, nothing special about it. A bit of herbs in there. Kind of a small portion but still decent. All in all, I really liked Pizza Roma Pine. I’m not sure if it’s in any way related to the place in Cheswick (both are amazing), but I’d recommend either of them! Very good, and the rating definitely deserves to be higher.

This was suppose to be our dinner tonight but as you can see it is very burnt, even the bottom. Called to speak to someone and got Zach. He told me he took our pizza out and sliced it. I asked if he was blind. He was offended by it but I think we can all see it is burnt. We have been customers for over 30 years. I have never had a pizza this bad. Sorry Mike we love your pizza but this is unacceptable

Really nice staff and fast service. Got the lunch special of half a hoagie w fries and a 20 oz drink for about $8.50 after tax. Got an Italian with fries and a sweet tea. Everything was excellent!!
