Arby's — Restaurant in Pineville

We spent almost $35 for two people to eat and I asked for extra ice in my tea and they didn't give me ANY ice so when they came back to the window to give our food we ask for a cup of ice to put in the tea and they acted like they was doing us a huge favor because "they usually charge for ice" , that's ridiculous. You mean to tell me that I spent that kind of money off two meals, which was totally overpriced to start with, and then you are going to complain over a cup of ice that's not even costing you anything. 🙄 I...

The food is great. However, they don't hire people capable of looking at orders before they are made. Every single time that I go there and order food, they get my order wrong. Every single time. I order one sandwich plain and they cannot seem to read the order on the screen and make it right. I don't know. Maybe they should visit the eye doctor, maybe they should get new employees who graduated high school....
