Went on Friday and that was a mistake. They donāt take reservations. It is a big open air place with fans instead of ac. Put our names on the list and ask not to be set in front of their big fans. The girl didnāt understand or seam not to, repeated my request and she said you want to be seated out here and pointed to the area around us. I said anywhere but not in front of the fans. Okay. Was told 30 minutes. 45 minutes later and after seeing several people who showed up after us being seated, my son in law asked why we hadnāt been seated. Was told we requested to be seated outside. Told them no and was seated immediately. What was going on? Service was excellent. Ordered grilled avocado with shrimp in cheese sauce, with Spanish rice as a side. Severely disappointed. Rice was cold, not cool, cold. And wasnāt good. No flavor at all. Cheese sauce was sub par, Tostitos cheese sauce is better. Avocado was good, not mushy nor too firm. Shrimp was popcorn shrimp and they left the tails on, covered in cheese sauce so first bite was not a good one. Why would you leave the tail on then cover it in sauce? They were the only āgrilledā part of the dish. Daughter had the avocado BLT said it was good, husband had fried shrimp and fish with fries, good. Son in law had crawfish boil, some of the crawfish were so small couldnāt get any meat from them. All in all not a great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here to grab breakfast. Real simple honey chicken buscuit. I pulled to the window that had a sign that said "please pay at this window". So we waited then waited and waited. Then a girl came to the window, and without opening the window tapped on it loudly and pointed to the sign. I said through the glass, "I know, thats why Im here". She then annoyingly pointed at the sign again and the second window. The idiot didnt realize she was reading the part that said "next window please" from the inside and it wasn't on the right side for customers to see. So i got.my.cold chicken buiscuit and tea that tasted moldy and left. I won't be back, and will let everyone I know hear about...

For my gluten free followers, I had the scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. You can get the breakfast meal and ask for the gluten items to be packaged separately. McDonalds in Pitt would not accommodate this request.
Having recently moved to the area, I'm happy to know Whataburger is willing to accommodate dietary needs and does not discriminate against people like me! Will definitely be a regular...
