Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pittsfield

Rated 1 star because thats the lowest that you can give......

I placed my order at about 2:00 on 3/18/18. At the time, the wait was listed as 30-44 min At 2:23 it was in "Quality Check" At 2:49 it is still in QUALITY CHECK" at 3:01 arrives luke warm, driver says they are the only one on today......

Also, in the past 2 weeks, I had an order over an hour in that I finally called about and they said "Sorry, we're real busy." I cancelled the order due to a meeting coming up. Got Charged.

A couple days later I ordered online, and within minutes I get a phone call. :It's gonna take about an hour. I only have 1 driver and he has 4 orders ahead of you (Showed out for delivery on tracker.)

Having fast food experience, I see a pattern of poor management of personell. If you can't fulfil delivery orders in a timely manner, STOP...

I called Dominos on North St. in Pittsfield on 8/23/20 and had pizza delivered from their location. I called tonight 9/8/20 and placed my order with the “manager” with my debit card. She called back 10 minutes later to tell me that they are not the correct Dominos to deliver to my address after I just received delivery from them on 8/23. She informed me I would have to call the Elm St location and and they would refund my debit card in 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!!! So, in other words, for tonight I’d have to pay my $35 order twice for THEIR mistake?!? The so called manager was extremely rude and had zero empathy or could care less about HER mistake and stood her ground and completely refused to deliver. The absolute WORST customer service ever. I DO NOT recommend this...

Ordered 4 items online from North St Dominos location. 2 were incorrectly prepared. 1 deluxe pizza stuffed crust turned into plain cheese stuffed crust. 1 order of bbq chicken wings turned plain with no sauce. Ordered placed at 1146am. Said ready 11-18 minutes. Not ready until 1219pm. We saw their pizza mistakes, returning that pizza and asked them to give us a refund for that pizza on our credit card. They refused and said only refund store credits. So ok to have them remade the pizza. Not ready until 1:10pm and the rest of the order was cold. Very poor service and will never order...
