Gino's Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Pittsfield

For anyone who orders from Gino's Pizza..we've ordered from these ppl a few times and they've gotten our order wrong just about every time but this right here is where it ends...I HAVE MOLD IN MY PASTA!!!! I called the owner very nicely and told him my pasta has mold in it.. His response was " don't order from my place no more".... Umm really??? This dude is clearly NOT a business owner who takes pride in his business and service. He said he will not refund my money and hung up on me when I asked how this situation seems to be my fault in his eyes...I do not recommend going there unless you want mold in your food or if you like buffalo sauce on a...

After a long trip to vacation in the Berkshires, we decided to have our food delivered since nobody was in the mood for driving. Gino’s was the only place that had menus available at the place we were staying, so we decided to take a gamble and ordered from them. Boy, am I glad we did. The food was delicious and delivered piping hot. The large calzone was humongous, the lasagna was cheesy, saucy goodness. We requested that the Julie Special be spiced up, and they gladly obliged. The delivery was on the dot . We highly recommend this place and we will be ordering from them...

I'd give 0 stars if I could, don't waster your money. First, the delivery took over 75 minutes when we were told 45. Then the food gets to us and the "fish" was three frozen triangle shaped patties that were freezer burned and microwaved, the mozzarella sticks were mushy, the fries were chewy and the wings were dry and over cooked. After calling and having the manager argue with us, we drove the food BACK to the restaurant and asked for our money back. Out of 50 bucks, we got 33 back even though we didn't eat the food. The manager was argumentative and rude....
