The Grove at Centerton — Restaurant in Pittsgrove Township

So after a little bit to think about this all and calming down before I wrote this I just wanna say I am beyond Disgusted with everything that transpired during our what was supposed to the happiest day of our life . Besides the days our children were born . We paid a lot of money and from the minute we put down the deposit it was impossible on some days to get a hold of anyone . Then the day of our wedding the venue did accommodate us for a issues we had with our Shuttle and pushed back our start time but the food was horrible especially at our sweetheart table . Steph was great trying to help us out as much as she could but then we moved out side for our after party and then was handed our wedding cards from our guest and lone and behold more then half our wedding cards which were are gifts were missing . We paid extra money for good at our afterparty for us guest to take on there way out not only did they not provide this but threw everything away . We left for the night being told dont worry all the decorations we paid thousands of dollars for were in good hands . The next day we showed up to pick up our things and everything was thrown into boxes like it was just trash . Our wedding cake had been sitting out all night they couldn't even put it in refrigerator for us so it was all melted . We asked if someone happened to see our missing wedding cards and they act like we were crazy like we would just make that up . So we decided to go home and double check our stuff and no missing cards were there we called up to speak to steph and they gave me the run around that she was not there and told me on three different occasions she would call me back and never did so the GM of the grove called me back and talked to me after telling him about what was going on he was more focused on making it like one of our guest took our wedding cards . Pushed off any other complaints I had and told me he would like to talk to my wife about a bad reviews one of the brides made put up about what happen . Not worried we were upset but about a bad review. After talking to my wife and just about trying to bully her on the phone my wife decided she no longer wanted to talk to him . So I called him and left a message asking him if he wanted to talk to anyone that he could now call me and I have not heard one thing back from the grove as far as they are concerned any issues we had at our wedding is not important. Like were just making this stuff up and more worried about accusing our family and friends of being a thief. Take this how ever you want to but once they get your deposit they no longer care and if there is any issues at your event they will brush it off like they did...

Immediately when you walk in the Grove, you will be blown away by the beautiful ambience and decor. We were looking for a rustic, but modern, venue and the Grove was absolutely perfect. The dance floor is huge, which was important to us considering the amount of dancers we have on each side of the family. The garden room (cocktail hour space) is gorgeous, with plenty of natural light to illuminate the building. Our wedding was originally supposed to be outside on their stunning patio, but due to weather we moved indoors to the garden room. It was absolutely beautiful indoors, and the staff had the room ready for cocktail hour within minutes, before we could even leave the bridal suite to see our guests. There was ample space in the bridal suite for 9 girls to get ready. The staff is just as exceptional as the venue. Jennie helped to handle the tour and booking with incredible friendliness and patience. Stephanie was an angel. She had answers for every one of my questions, was prompt to respond to my needs, and helped to make the day truly special. She has a terrific personality, and could not be in a better profession. Our friends and family raved about all of the food, from the cocktail hour to the desserts. The entrees were delicious, and the filet was perfectly cooked. We were overly impressed by the Grove, from top to bottom, and would recommend them to anyone...

There aren't enough great things I could say about The Grove. Since the day we toured it for the first time, we fell in love. Not only did we fall in love with the venue & the whole vibe of The Grove, but also fell in love with Krista, who has been absolutely amazing since that very day. She was a HUGE reason why we decided to book with The Grove. Kind, attentive, helpful, personable, & professional are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Krista. The whole grove team made my wedding planning experience so easy and memorable. From the multiple tours (we loved it THAT much) to the tasting to the details meeting, they were incredible. Since I was a little girl, I dreamt of what my wedding day would look like & let me just say.. The Grove did not disappoint. As if Krista wasn't already the best, then came Kate. The BEST coordinator. Kate was also so kind & attentive. She took note of what my favorite drink was & always had one ready for me anytime I was there. She made me feel so at ease & relaxed on my wedding day. And the best part is, not only did she make me feel so good, she also made my guests feel welcome & was so kind to them. Krista & Kate truly are the dream team. Anyone who gets to work with either of them is so lucky. To be honest, anyone getting married at The Grove is lucky. They really are the best venue & I'd recommend them over...
