You Need To Know? This was impressive bbq. A great find & a must try for everyone in the Pittston area. We ordered the brisket French dip special which has horseradish spread on it with onions, peppers, provolone cheese & a side of au jus for dipping. We also had the brisket platter which is served with tater tots & pickles. The brisket is perfectly smoked & so tender. Also had a ham BBQ sandwich which comes on a fresh Keyser roll & relish spread. The red garlic chicken wings had some heat to them & the wings were cooked perfectly & were very meaty. Can't say enough how good The Fire Pit food is, props to the kitchen staff. Great food! I got the beast burger, the brisket was the best i've had in a long time, bacon was nice and crispy and the burger was cooked to my preferred selection! The Burger patty itself also looked to be a house made patty, not frozen. My partner got the chicken bites with special requests to be EXTRA crispy and they went above and beyond to ensure the bites were done to his liking.
