Pennsylvania Roadhouse — Restaurant in Plainfield Township

We stopped in on a sunday afternoon for a late lunch. Our server/bartender was nice. I got a BLT which was good. My husband got a burger... the quality of the products used are definetly good but not prepared properly. Our friend got the Quesadilla and was dissapointed. I dont know what you expect but it was soggy so she sent it back and the cook actually came out and confronted us saying she "uses alot of butter in the pan and thats how her customers like it" ... as for the wings they werent ready yet by the time we were done eating, so we didnt get to try them, even though we heard they were really good. The bartender was apologetic and another employee asked us if it was our 1st time there and "please give us another try". I would like to next time Im in the area but I doubt my friend will... my husband said he would come back but...

The Pennsylvania Roadhouse is a nice bar with good food but it has its problems. The building is an older rustic building with a fireplace and nice rustic atmosphere. The food is top-notch the best wings in the state. When they try to use this place as a concert hall that was the best idea that they had and I wish they would have continued with it. When they were trying to run this place as a strip bar is when they ran into trouble. The biggest problem is the clientele during the day and keeping these people there for years is keeping them from earning new money. Renting rooms on top of the place or even a derelict trailer behind the place with no electric is no way to generate money but is a way to generate problems. This place is not a biker bar anymore and it's time to bring in a younger crowd to start...

Well let's see... i don't smoke, and I had Debbie scream in my face as i was getting into my uber for being outside....well I was getting into an into an uber so yes I am outside yes but am I loud...no...am I drunk...no. deb needs to respect her paying customers a little bit more on a Saturday night especially the docile ones. From now on its either the townhouse or home forget the roadie Debbie is such a rude lady I have supported them so much and for her to treat a longtime customer that way is wrong.
