I've eaten here for over 15 yrs. They've pretty much ALWAYS done things like ignored requests for extra lettuce, but I am finally DONE with this place. My money is too important to be getting ripped off. (I understand how inflation is, I'm in my late fifties. It settles down after a couple of yrs.) The cheese ravioli portion was just too small for $16.95. It came in an 8" round tin container as I've shown. No salad, just 1 dinner roll. (No butter on the side either.) The worst part is that I wouldn't have been able to tell between this and the frozen ravioli with bottled sauce I've made at home. I ordered fried mushrooms for an appetizer and thought it was odd that they were made with sliced, not button, mushrooms. They tasted fine, however, as did my husband's fried seafood dinner.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread with cheese. The bread was liberally spread with garlic butter and was quite enjoyable. The pizza was good, a decent sauce and OK crust but the cheese just dragged everything out of the pizza and into the box. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.9.

The food was good I ate half my calzone on Saturday and Monday I reheated the other half and then I found metal in my calzone it looks like a broken paper clip I honestly don’t know what it is :( had to throw out my food was so sad because it was tasty but didn’t want to get sick or find any other surprises.

I was very disappointed and disgusted at not only the service of our waitress but also the owner of the establishment. We ordered three turkey dinners and bake scrod. To our surprise when the meal arrived the turkey dinners were served cold and had to be sent back. One of the remaining turkey dinners took over 25 minutes to come back to the table! After taking several bites of the scrod dinner, the fish still contained the parchment paper on its underside. I immediately called the waitress over to inform her of this and she was belligerent and was combative. This is not the service of a quality or service orientated restaurant, even McDonald's has a code of standards!

The owner then arrived at our table with the same attitude as the waitress. He stated that the restaurant was busy. To me this is unacceptable and tells me that the owner has no control in the kitchen or in the dining area. If the restaurant is so busy then it is up to management to set a precedent for their staff and to have ample coverage not only in the kitchen but in the dining area. Not none should have to pay for this...

The food is ok. We only go there because it’s close but there is something wrong with their system or the cook doesn’t pay attention. We eat there on a Monday or Tuesdays two to three times a month. One visit we were eating in, we ordered a hamburger grinder with fries, Buffalo wings and a pepperoni pizza with sausage on half. The fries ($5.95) came out first and we’re under cooked. Nine minutes later came the wings which were raw in the middle, ($11.95 for 6 wings SMH) 6 minutes after that came the grinder ($8.99) and finally, about 20 minutes after initially ordering came the pizza which was not what I ordered. I told them I didn’t want it. Three times now I have ordered a pepperoni pizza with sausage on half. Each time I’ve gotten a pizza with pepperoni on one half and sausage on the other. Repeatedly paying for and getting the wrong order is annoying. Only thing they got right was our drinks which...
