Happy Jacks is a small, hole in the wall, bar with several pool tables and great staff. The front section is a standard bar. In the back there are 5 pool tables and a side room with a raised area that could be considered a stage. From the pool table side there is a cut out in the bar wall for ordering drinks and food.
The food is good. They offer standard bar options of burgers and sandwiches. On Tuesdays they have "Taco Night" where you can order per taco. The bartenders are great. Once you open a tab they remember who you are. They always verify when you order more but they have never been wrong. Update: Got a reply from the owner saying there were underaged people there at the same time as us which somehow meant they were part of our group. If they didn’t want underaged people in the bar they should put a bouncer at the door checking IDs of those coming in.
