I always get the same drink when I go to Starbucks and today we were traveling so stopped at this convenient location right off of the turnpike. This was by far the best drink I have ever gotten! Not only was it made quickly, but the barista went above and beyond to make it extra delicious. The staff was super sweet & welcoming as well. 10/10 recommend!

Turnpikes are meant for in and out service while traveling. I was so pleased with my experience here earlier the other day. Not only was my order taken promptly but my order was made just as fast. Not only was I pleased with the speed of my order but the girl Alix who handled it all was an absolute delight! She talked to me the whole time and made the whole experience even better. Awful behavior. Rude and unwelcoming. Just because ONE Starbucks employee in ONE place was rude to a customer and got some money does not mean you all need to look for reasons to do it. I had 100% proper PPE as I know this virus is deadly. A nasty little girl behind the counter couldn’t hear me so from OVER 6 ft away I pulled my mask out (not down) so she could hear me say my name and she POUNCED on the opportunity to be a jerk....

I don't usually "splurge" in fact I usually hit the 7/11 for coffee but today while traveling home I decided I wanted something particular I was thinking a Macchiato but not what Starbucks calls what I know is a Macchiato... thankfully the "barista" (Coffee Girl) Alix (Alice) was quite helpful in sorting me out with a particular drink I was looking for.
