I enjoy trying out of the way Mom and Pop type restaurants, and found this one about an hour away from home up AR 7 which is very scenic. My server suggested the Cajun Sausage Scramble which consisted of potato wedges, scrambled eggs, jalapeno peppers, and sausage, covered in melted pepper jack cheese. It was very good and also filling. It is served with toast.

I forgot to take pics, I was so hungry and it was SO good. I got a cheese burger that was so juicy and well seasoned, crisp lettuce, huge tomato slices, thick American cheese, cooked to perfection. I got it with fried okra which was also perfectly golden brown and crispy.
