Taco 39 - Event Space — Restaurant in Plant City

Today was my first time visiting and I don’t think I will go again because they are too expensive!! The food was good but not worth the price for the portion. I got a chicken burrito bowl and had to pay $2.50 extra because it was a bowl (I will attach pic of container). It didn’t have a lot of chicken but had fresh veggies. I also got the 4 tacos plus a drink for $15 (chicken) and another for $17 (steak). I had to pay 50cents extra for each taco ($2.00 per box) because I wanted flour tortillas. When I asked why, she said “because they’re bigger than the corn tortillas. When I got home and opened the box I was very disappointed. I don’t have pics of both boxes because my kids started eating before I could take a pic of both. I did get a pic of the steak ones. The tacos were so small (fit in the palm of your hand). If that was big, the corn must be mini tortillas. They use the smallest tortillas you can buy in the store. So basically paid $19 for 4 steak tacos w/ a drink and $17 for 4 chicken tacos w/ a drink. The lemonade and sweet tea was $4 if purchased separate (extremely too high). I also got a side of beans and rice for $4 (will show a pic of container)…not a lot of beans and rice for $4. The boxes for the bowl and tacos were 1/2 the size of a regular take out box and the rice and beans box was the size of a box for sandwiches. I have been to a lot of taco food trucks and restaurants (not Taco Bell) and none were that expensive. Taco Bell soft taco is bigger than theirs. My total was $56 and some change. Very...

Went here one night after looking at all the great reviews. Ordered 4 tacos and chips and salsa. I was very disappointed. The tacos didn't have much flavor like other places. They only use one thin corn taco shell. Where other places the double up the taco shell so it doest break on you when u eat. The chips and salsa were a small handful of chips and the salsa was a small teeny tiny cup of salsa the same size they give you at other places to put on your tacos. The red sauce was not good either. Definately not worth the extra $4. The tacos were too pricy for what you get. Next time I will just drive to Valrico to get better tacos at the chicken taco loco bus on...

Was out riding around looking for tacos and stopped by the perfect place.

Saw a man in a tack suit waving a sign around one day so I figured I had to stop by next time I had a chance and was not disappointed.

Tacos filled to the brim with carne. Rice and beans in grown man sized portions. Toppings are actually toppings rather than the majority of the taco. Sauces were spicy and flavorful and my food popped out faster than I thought possible.

Inflation be damned I got more than what I paid for. If you need a taco spot to hit on your way home from work , a permanent replacement for Taco Bell cravings or you just want to hang out and eat good food this...
