This place is absolutely amazing! My parents were visiting from out of town and my husband and I took them to some tourist spots in Tupelo and decided to stop here on the way home since we prefer local/non-chain restaurants best. We were there soon after they opened and people were already starting to pile in for dinner (always a good sign). Our waitress was prompt and so sweet and welcoming! My dad and husband loved the complementary hush puppies! My mom loved the grilled Cajun catfish and greens! My dad and I had steaks and we loved them both! I have a gluten allergy and usually have a hard time going out to eat but the cooks and waitress were so accommodating and caring with my requests and needs!!! They really took the time to make sure I was taken care of and everything tasted great!! My bone-in sirloin was so juicy and the baked sweet potatoes I had were incredible!! Simple yet absolutely delicious food and awesome staff!! Thank you for such a great meal!! I can't wait to go back!!! I have definitely found my new favorite...

Never in my entire life have I received such horrible service and treatment at a facility in my days! I was there for over an hour ,pushing an hour and a half. People who came in AFTER me left before me. My server sandy was very extremely inconsistent,yet not likewise with her other patrons. Completely forgot about us as if we didn't exist yet the very table next to us she catered to with ease.completely forgot to even put our order in until 50 minutes after we'd been sitting there with just drinks . I've never received such prejudice from an establishment. It is 2021 ,we should be way past that. The food tasted freezer burnt and like it was microwaved. Way too overpriced for what I received. Very nice, casual restaurant. Excellent customer service. They have specials each night. They serve tasty hush puppies to snack on while you are waiting for your food. Great salad bar with a good variety of additions- pickled okra, pickles, pickled cucumbers, carrots, onions, baby corn, olives, ham, eggs, pasta salad, bacon bits, croutons and crackers. Lots of appetizers. Catfish, steaks, shrimp, chicken. We got the scrap plate that comes with an 8oz steak, fish fillet and 3 fried shrimp and 2 sides and Texas toast - it was plenty to share.
