Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Plaquemine

I ordered an 11 piece spicy meal online , 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. When I arrived I pulled into the curbside pickup spot and called the store to let them know I arrived, it took 15 minutes to get to store. They said I had to drive through the drive thru , 2 cars were at window, I drove around the building, waited in line, got to the window and was told I didn't talk to the speaker and that I'd have to drive back around the building and talk to the speaker. I drove back around the building, now I'm behind 3 people waiting to order at the speaker, I finally get through the speaker and to the window , I checked my order before leaving and found it was missing a piece of chicken and a biscuit, I pulled back around being sure to talk through the speaker to avoid another trip around the building. Told them the problem, they said to pull up to window , they weren't even quite when they began cussing and insulting me after walking away from the window. He returned to say pull into the curbside pickup spot I started out in to start with to wait an additional 15 more minutes for them to complete my order. When he brought the rest of my order he was laughing to and from my vehicle, i wasn't comfortable enough to feed this food to my family due to the character of the employees and the treatment I received from them. So then I had to go somewhere else and order food and throw all this away, without an all cost me over $23 and an hour and a half of my time for food I wasn't able to eat! I won't be returning to this location, possibly the franchise...

This location is usually always on point, even late. This was just one instance, I plan to update this in the future. Got multiple 2pc white spicy, so one wing and one breast. Got fried on each sweet tea and biscuits. Biscuits were perfect, tea cannot complain about, fries weren't very fresh nor cooked long enough, I think they threw some old ones back in the fryer for a sec. The chicken breasts on both were the smallest I have ever seen, one was only skin and side fats and dry meat (lamp bunt) and the other was fine just still dry and not juicy. The wings are always the size of a small sparrow, also funny to call the wings white meat, when they are unsatisfactory for the meat content. The wings had better juice than the breasts. I actually asked since it was late what they was trying to get rid of, she negativity responded in my favor, so I just ordered 2 combos. She did her job well, but I knew some of this food was trashcan ready, which Is why I asked. I could get cold food to reheat, this was already reheated by double fryer dropping or something. I'm only working in Plaquemine temporarily, have been to this Popeye's location a few times. Normally the service is top-notch, very friendly, the order is always right. Today however, they dropped the ball - and my chicken. I guess everyone is entitled to a day. Today I went inside instead of going through the drive-thru, took a while for anyone to wait on me. They finally did, but the guy tried to complete my order before I was finished making it. Then when the chicken came over from the back, in the box, a different guy fumbled the box, dropped the whole thing on the floor. Because of the counter top I couldn't see the spilled box. It took him a while to get everything back up, when he did he never got the box closed. I asked him if my chicken was on the floor; of course he denied it was. I was almost out the door when they realized they had not included my apple pie. When I got back to the hotel with it, found out the order was completely wrong. Not a...
