Louis Pizzas — Restaurant in Plastow

Wanted to try this place cause it seems great. Ordered online. Accidentally went through as cash, usually not a problem ANYWHERE else. Go to pick up the pizza and pay with my card cause i had no cash, which again, ANYWHERE else wouldnt be an issue... the girl working said it has to be cash because it went through that way online. So not only did she make me try 3 different ATMs around, which all were out of order, she didnt even take it upon herself to cancel that simple order and put in through as a new one with a card payment.... absolutely embarrassing service. Didnt even get my pizza. Then 20 minutes after the pizza was sitting getting cold, she calls back and asks” are you coming back to get the pizza? If not we will just sell it”. So not only are they ridiculously unproffessional, theyre not selling you fresh food either. Dont bother wasting your time. Mcdonalds has better...

Ordered food and the fries had hair all in them and I asked for my money back clearly and she heard me and rudely walked away and brought out more fries and said she won’t give us $ cause she ate half. Because we didn’t see hair Every where till we were half way through. I tipped her 10$ on 18 bill. And she was very rude and did not care about our service or how to treat a customer. Coming from a real waitress u would never be able to do that. I hope this bussiness learns when there’s hair in the food u take it off the bill. I would never recommend coming here. Horrible!!! Chicken ceaser wrap was made with hot chicken so It made the lettuce warm and wilted. Wish I could post pictures, but the wrap had almost no lettuce at all. It was all chicken. Got a cold Italian sub ( with ends of the bread hard) and both sandwiches were places on top of a chicken parmigiana meal and the bag was rolled tight and both sandwiches were warm and mushy. Forgot my dressing and bread, went back and the girl at the counter was very sweet, but the pregnant girl rolled her eyes and shook her head as if I was bothering her bc I had to drive back to get stuff they forgot to put in. Onion rings were also hard....
