I have been a customer for many years.. I made a complaint about my food on their Facebook page and they quickly blocked me. Not very professional from a staff that knows me by name..they cannot delete this comment and I stand by what I said. The pricing is absolutely insane. I always order a large 2 topping thin crust. It's always 18 bucks. I understand inflation and the rise of prices..I ordered the same thing the other day n they said 24 bucks..I would gladly of paid it but their thin pizza is so thin with barely any toppings...it feels like they hand you an empty box..anytime I order from anyone else I get an actual real Italian pizza with actual toppings! They didn't like my comment n blocked me after 10 minutes...grow up...if you can't handle a bad review from a 20 plus year customer...and not reply back or try to make it right...what good are ya? You've lost my business for good. Yes this is JIM...you know who I am...I want others to beware of this place. It's all about money first, customer 2nd..pathetic. your sauce has changed and gives me heartburn. Noone else in my family can stand the pizza either. Staff always changing.. instead of focusing on the appearance of the building...mabe get the food right first...I'm very disappointed.. your image is more important than your actual customers..very sad rich and staff...I expected you to make it right..not block me to protect...
Read moreNestled in a quiet spot on Sheridan Rd, this place's entrance is in the back. Our first time there, we didn't see a hostess stand but entered straight into the dining room. It was busy on a Saturday night. no one greeted us on their own but I asked a waitress about seating. Service was slow, but friendly. I think it took us about 20 minutes before we were able to place a drink order. Eventually, we ordered pizza, chicken parmesan, and 2 kinds of chicken sandwiches. The portion sizes were good. However, I was highly disappointed to taste cumin in the red sauce of the chicken parmesan. The pizza was pretty good, with very little sauce, a soda cracker tasting crust and a small amount of toppings. Because we were a bit uncomfortable being stared at as we entered the dining room and feeling lost, and feeling out of place as if everyone knew each other there except for us, and the strange tasting red sauce, as well as the very slow service, I give...
Read moreThis was our first time to Ruffolo's, although we've passed it occasionally driving into Zion. Since it is known for its pizza, I ordered a thin-crust special--their cheeseburger pizza. It was a major disappointment. The crust was tough and flavorless. The toppings were sparse, which I didn't expect for one of their specialty pizzas. And then came the price--$22 for a 14" pie. This was NOT stated well in their menu. I've had better take'n bakes for half the price. My review would be only 1-star had not my wife and friends enjoyed their pasta. My wife got pasta primavera and our friends got lasagna. And all three complemented the bread. The tiramisu was delicious as well. We might or might not go back, but if we do, it won't be for pizza. Oh, and if you order drinks, make sure you know what you're ordering. I ordered a $6 draft beer and my wife had a glass of house chianti. The total? $23. $17 for a glass of house chianti...
