Starbucks — Restaurant in Pleasant Prairie

Went to this Starbucks with my boyfriend to get some coffee and something quick to eat before going to shop around Target. Nice place, staff were friendly and quick with our drinks and the place was pretty clean. As we got our items we decided to take a seat and chat, everything was going smoothly. I noticed a woman with a new born baby walk out from the corner of the Starbucks and leave- her husband still at the table tucked in the corner away from everyone. I was in awe at a loving mom and a nicely quiet new born. One female employee decided to make a rude comment about the woman breast feeding her new born. Making disgusting comments trying to get the younger male employee to talk about it as well. ‘It’s disgusting right, isn’t it?’ She kept egging it on and I noticed how the male just shrugged and would keep it short saying ‘Not really.’ The woman kept making comments even though the ladies husband was still there. She didn’t stop until she noticed he was there sitting, staring at her. She quickly hid in the management office in the back after that. All I have to say is, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all. I’m also proud of the male employee for understanding that a mom is just feeding her child. Due to this negative behavior I won’t be coming back at this location. PS: Other customers around didn’t even comment to the mom to stop or anything, she wasn’t even in view while everyone else minded their business. I didn’t even notice until the employee mentioned...

I was disappointed in the customer service from one woman there. She had green color to her hair didn't catch her name but she was one of the people making the drinks and handing them out. They didn't take names for the orders and weren't getting some of the orders correct so when calling them out there was confusion between our order and another ladies. And when my dad had asked about the order she was rude and when nicely suggested to maybe put the names on the cups instead of calling out the orders she had an excuse of they were too busy. And than tried to blame her messing up the order on my dad, when we've never had an issue before with the way we order the drink. Although the employees are friendly, I experienced a tremendous lack of customer care as well as service compared to other Starbucks locations. Also, the employees were loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional. The physical environment was also disappointing as tables were not regularly cleaned and the floor full of filth.
