Pretty awful. Unfortunately, extremely disappointing. Walked In before what I’m assuming was the dinner rush, wasn’t that busy, my group was surprised being a holiday weekend. Most of the food was cooked incredibly poorly—chicken in the nachos was blackened, charred, almost inedible. 4 delmonicos, all you could taste was char throughout. Disgusting. The french onion chicken was also blackened/charred. Received the wrong pasta than ordered. The fries were soggy, soaked in oil, and tasted like the ocean; incredibly salty. Absolutely not worth it for the price, and for the incredibly excessive price some of us finished our meals, reluctantly. Others did not. Had to ask/repeat things multiple times to receive them. The absolute highlight of the meal was the bear-claws that we ordered. The worst part was trying to get our bill. After bringing the ipad over to separate checks, and saying she “would see if they printed correctly,” she returned two more times with incorrect bills.. spent more time waiting to pay than we did ordering and eating. After mentioning the poor quality, we’re told that since they were incredibly busy that day a char built up on the grill. Haven’t heard that one before. As more tables began to fill I genuinely felt bad and hoped their food would be better. As a first timer myself, I felt worse that my group kept apologizing because of the poor quality since they go often, swearing it never usually was like this. Even hours after we left they regretted the amount paid for terrible food and sub par service..Hope they can turn...

Arrive at 4:20 place not packed two people at bar and four tables in dinning room in use. We r a party of 4. Waitress said it will be a minute they need to clean a table they took r name. We sit at bar got ourselves a drink while waiting and waiting we let waitress know we r going out to smoke area. During this time it starts filling up so w go in to ask about r table now 5:00. They sat someone else at the table we waited 40 mins for. 10 mins later they seat us. It took waitress almost 20 mins to bring our new drinks to us at the table. We ordered at this time r appetizer and dinner. It took hour and 45 mins to get just r appetizer that came burnt. Then r meals come 2 mins later. The meals looked like they where sitting for awhile and just mirowaved to warm up. The prime rib was so dry u could not chew it and so salty it burned ur mouth of salt, no a jus was provided, veg's where ice cold, no drink refills, waitress never around, my sister's specialty drink was so nasty she asked to have it returned and to just have water. Nothing we ordered was cooked right or provided within a reasonable time! I was so embrassed to have invited my sister her husband to this usually awesome restaurant. Over $130 bill to take home and feed the dogs. Truly sad how poorly ran it was and how disorganized it was. Not sure we will be back. Arrived at 4:20 never seated till after 5:00. Save yourself from the torture and extremely high cost of poorly cooked and prepared food. Ordered bacon wrapped scallops. 12 dollars for 2 scallops. The scallops were not cooked. Sent a cut scalloped back to be cooked longer. The original scallop came the same. Gross. Didn't eat. Ordered a filet cooked medium. Came out rare. I mean rare. I asked the waitress if it looked rare? She responded with that she was not sure as she does not eat steak??? Sent the steak back to be cooked longer. The steak returned after a couple minutes that was still rare. Sent it back a second time and this time I think it may have upset them because the last time it came back from the kitchen it was charred. And I mean charred. Couldn't eat it. I ended up returning the whole plate. It was never removed from my bill either. Other people in our party could not eat their meals. We ended up leaving after 2+ hours hungry. This is not a gem in the rough. This is a high priced wallet robbery. Service was a solid zero. Had to ask multiple times for food we did not receive as well and had to ask for drinks. When multiple people in our party having the same issues with their meals should be a good indicator to keep driving by when seeing this place on the side of the road.
