INDIAN TADKA - DESI DABHA — Restaurant in Plumerville

The actual food here is wonderful and I’ve eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants as Indian food is a favorite of mine. The Indian tea is some of the best I’ve ever had and I always get Indian / chia tea when I go out to an Indian restaurant. My issue here when my dad went to pay they over charged him by about 25-30 dollars. His bill per waitress who took our order was 70 something . Which isn’t right we had chicken tikka Marsala which the menu list for 14.99 the paan tiki Marsala which is 13.99 if I remember correctly, the butter naan which is listed for 1.99 , tandoor naan also listed for 1.99, two Indian teas listed at 2.75 a piece the bill should have been a little over 40.00 not 70.00 . I tried to get my dad to go back to fight it after he paid and realized the prices on the menu but he decided not to . I was looking forward to another Indian restaurant to eat at but after watching him be over charged when we were the only customers in there I won’t ever be back . Yes, the food is great but you better watch your bill if you decide to go there.

Super tasty, everything fresh. Even butter is homemade. Very nice family & great location off I-40.*

Parking: Smaller truck yard but y’all know we just pack it in like a can of sardines! @ least 8 trucks in this small yard when we arrived.

Amenities: Indoor ceiling fans. Booth seating & table seating. There are clean restrooms (one handicap stall) indoors.

Extra: Truck repair shop next door Also there is an Exon gas station in sight if you’re looking for extra snacks.
