This is going to be a long review to understand the whole situation so I’m sorry in advance.
My sister and I drove a long distance with 5 kids. Two girls (4,5) had to pee. My sister was also feeling sick. This restaurant was the first place we passed in at least 15 minutes. My sister runs inside with her daughter first and I come in with the other 4 a bit after. I’m asked if I want a table and I say no thanks (we all have a vicious viral infection coughing and sneezing like crazy so no we weren’t going to stay and eat) I’m waiting on my sister in the bathroom. So I walk over to the hallway (which only has one men and one women stall so it’s super small hallway) I’m keeping the kids out of the way of everyone the best I can while trying to help my sister (who is having an allergic reaction). A different worker comes to me and says bathrooms are for customers only and we HAVE TO buy at least our kids drinks. And walks away. Meanwhile I have 5 kids I’m trying to keep quiet and calm. The entire time I’m standing there with the kids, the chef is leaning over from the kitchen staring at me and pointing and yelling at his coworkers. At this point I’m pissed and want to just leave. So my sister comes out and we get a table. My sister has to go outside and walk around and ends up getting sick. While she was outside the waitress kept asking what we want and I just ordered drinks. She asked me about 5 times “is that all you’re getting”. So I said “I want to get a kids order of nuggets and fries for the kids to share” and she says “okay 3 orders of nuggets and fries and I say no no, just one for them to share…she aggressively crosses out what she wrote and redid the order. Later my sister ordered the same thing for her kids and the waitress says “we don’t have a kids order of chicken nuggets.” See picture below. They are trying everything to charge us as much as possible for using the restrooms in an actual emergency. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable in a...
Read moreSoooo bad!! Went for late lunch with my family. I ordered a Turkey Panini, it didn’t specify it was going to be on Rye Bread (I don’t like rye bread). When I got my meal, it tasted terrible and the bread was toasted rock hard and possibly just old.
I remembered moments prior to my order coming, a server told the table behind us that they are out of White Bread, they offered the customer Rye. But I wasn’t informed of this before I ordered, as I wouldn’t gotten something else. The menu didn’t state what bread it would be on. Also, my bread had lint all over the edges.
I also heard the server tell the table behind us: • out of cole slaw • out of white bread (as I mentioned) • bathroom is hot
Which is pretty embarrassing to be out of so much and to hear so much bad coming out of what she was saying. It made the restaurant look very bad.
My boyfriend got roast beef open sandwich, his, of course RYE BREAD was hard as a rock, as well.
The only thing that was good was the soda, a Coke.
I tried to get a good picture of the linty bread. But it’s there. I would’ve complained about it but my significant other didn’t want to.
Also: our table was dirty with cup ring stains. Baby high chair dirty. I used Clorox wipes to clean our area and it was dirty brown.
At the end server took so long to come to us after grabbing our plates. When she finally came back she asked if we wanted to go containers I added to give us the check too. As I refused to waste another 10min or so waiting for that.

Read moreI’ve been here four times. The only good time was the first time which is why I came back three more times but not after this most recent experience.
The music is a little loud making it hard for the waitress to hear what is being ordered. I ordered an omelette with bacon, sausage and spinach. Only to get an omelette with sausage, cheese and spinach. I never ordered cheese but somehow got it and didn’t get the bacon I ordered. my wife ordered bacon and egg whites on a round roll. Sandwich came back with cheese and the eggwhites were burnt to a crisp. Neither of us can get cheese which is why we didn’t ask for it but it still came. If this is “make whatever you want instead giving the customer what they order” day, than great job!
The food is never consistent. The waitresses are kind but it’s a hassle when the food is always wrong.
An example of another instance was recently when the order was taken correctly but again the cook did whatever they wanted because it was wrong and was told a manager will have to call me back because the manager wasn’t on site. Burnt egg and again cheese that wasn’t requested. Waste of time to drive there and...
