Dear management who is reading this, I would like to say your employees are amazing and hardworking people. Your product would be nothing without them. They keep up production, service of the masses, and the quality is amazing. But after seeing some reviews on here and many else where I am highly concerned. Safety should be the highest quality in all aspects in work and life. The high turn over rate not good look for you as a whole company. This location alone went there a lot of Human Resources staff and who knows the countless production workers. Please don’t be like the corporations back in the day who only see there employees as numbers and only care about profits. Don’t be Walmart. Don’t be Amazon. Be better than them. Your employees is your biggest assets to gain better profits. If you over work then and make their jobs unsafe in the long game you will become evil monsters. Most important thing in business world is Integrity and know one powerful statement. Knowledge is power and time is money. If you keep wasting time not taking care of your employees better you will lose time and too much money. I giving three stars because of your employees work and sacrifice. To gain two more starts you need to do better for your employees, your greatest tools you have. Take care of your tools/ employees they will take care of you and all their furniture generations. Do not work here!! Worked here as a maintenance tech, worked my but off everyday; on time everyday. Excelled at my job. You get no breaks or lunch they expect you to be on your feet 24/7 for 12 hrs and look at you like you are in the wrong when you sit for 10 minutes just to eat a sandwich! No care for your family life, no PTO when you get sick. This company set you up for failure just so they have a reason to fired you at any give minute. Stay away from this place!! No raise!! Just all around a bad place that leaves a horrible taste in your mouth! They just hired a new hr lady the 3rd one that’s been hired in less than a year and half of working there, she don’t know anything and is just riding the wave on what corporate agrees upon. I worked here a few months ago in HR department. Would not recommend at all!! One of the worst places I’ve ever worked. Employees were forced into mandatory overtime sometimes 6 days a week/12 hour shifts. Very unethical practices. This should never happen. I understand they were severely understaffed however they didn’t try to put in much effort to fix that. Once I came I was slammed with 40 interviews a week just trying to get the place fully staffed which I did accomplish after 2 months. However management does not care about you as a person, you’re just a number. I was treated pretty bad. They will always have high turnover at this facility.
