Bistro 116 — Restaurant in Plymouth

I tried to give no stars but it wouldn't allow me to do so I'm giving one. If you plan to visit a restaurant with friendly and professional service than this IS NOT the restaurant to visit. My daughter and Her best friend were in a different city and chose this unprofessional establishment to stop to and were treated very unfairly because they entered the restroom together . This day and time teenage girls use the restroom mainly to take pics and post them on Social Media well the owners would not allow that to happen! They weren't even asked politely to leave they were screamed at by one of the owners! The owner could have discreetly told them it was "inappropriate" ... Instead my daughter and her best friend left upset and embarrassed because everyone in the restaurant heard the owner.!!! I just couldn't believe what I was hearing.. seriously PEOPLE DO BETTER!! THESE 2 TEENAGE GIRLS SHOWED SO MUCH MORE MATURITY THAN ANY OF YOU COULD HAVE...

Don’t bother!!! Horrible customer service and very poor management. They were rude and disrespectful from the moment that we walked in. And when I addressed the issue, the individual was belligerent and behaved completely inappropriately. Spend your money elsewhere.

RACIST!!!!! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I would just like to start off with saying they’re overly disrespectful and rude to their customers, their customer service is horrible, they were yelling, banging on bathroom doors, and made me feel extremely unwelcomed. I will never be coming back to this trashy restaurant and I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.
