My fiance and I frequent this location often, as it is close to where we live. We ordered two chicken sandwich value baskets after 11 AM. We were served our food very quickly. Upon receiving our order, and promptly exiting the drive thru, we noticed a series of issues. After a bite or two, my fiance observed that his chicken sandwich was not cooked thoroughly, stating that the meat was slimy in consistency, the fries were not fresh and that the food was lukewarm. The order was obviously rushed and we were not satisfied with our meals. solve the issue, we decided to return to the dine in counter of the establishment. My fiance entered the restaurant and politely asked for our orders to be prepared once more, because we did not like the food. One of the employees, a female managerial employee looked at my fiance and said, "if you want that you will have to wait" in a very rude manner. As she went to the kitchen and yelled at one of the cooks that my fiance did not want the food, because it was cold. My boyfriend responded to a different employee and politely asked for his money back because of her rude and aggressive behavior. The employee he spoke with, then told the female manager in spanish, that he requested a refund. The female manager aggressively told the cook "He now wants a refund". The cook said, "ok that's fine." She then commenced to handing my fiance his money back and looked at him, stating "you don't like this place very much! Why do you come here?" My fiance gave a polite response, however the female manager began to raise her voice violently as the cook ran at my fiance from behind the counter, pushed him and yelled to "Get out!!" and that he was "calling the police". My fiance left the building immediately as he came to the window with his cellphone recording us as we left. I don't understand his reason or motive...
Read moreI have been going to Culver's in Plymouth off of hey 55 for over 10 years. So yesterday I went to get a custard ice cream, $3. And some change . I went thru the drive through and the lady took my card and looked at me and looked at my card as if it was something wrong?? Then she said I need your ID !! Took the ice cream back in the window because my card was not signed on the back!! So I have to show ID for $3.? I have never shown ID at any restaurant for a higher charge than $3.00 ....What this was is because I am an African American women I also look younger than what I am and they just took them two components and assumed my card was stolen or something. I park went in the store to talk and try to get this resolved and they kicked me out because I was recording but than took pictures of me and my car! I was racially profiled Wednesday 6/6/2018 by two store managers!! People do really know who that feels, it makes you feel a feeling thats undiscriable and broken inside. Great location. Right next to a daycare and a gas station in Plymouth. Like at any fast food restaurant free ice and refills. Bathrooms are also available in Culvers. This place is not very clean to be honest, but is still a family style fast food restaurant.
Now lets talk about the food. The food at Culvers is not exquisite, but still tastes great. They have a wide variety of food. From butter- and pretzel burgers to chicken and ice cream sundaes, Culvers has anything you wish for. The quality of the food isnt amazing, but quite good for a fast food branch like themselves. Their butter burgers are amazing. Crispy, creamy, cheesy and soft at the same. Dont get me started about the fries!! Amazing!
Lets move on to the service. The service is quite friendly and attentive, providing helpful suggestions in need. In terms of money Culvers is slightly overpriced based on the quality and the portion size of the food.
