Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

They have been getting progressively worse, whether it be running out of stock consistently or simply nobody being there. I went through the drive thru and was told through the speaker that she would be right with me. I decided to go inside not because of her but because it started raining much harder, and I did not want to flood my car. Once I got inside, it was void of employees and any signage indicating where the employee may be or if they are taking a break. I waited for about 5 minutes and never got my order taken. 5 minutes is not a lot of time to wait if you can at least see an employee already working, but this was 5 minutes of nothing. No employee, no work being done, just me waiting there. I did call out a couple of times, though I should not have had to; still no response. After that 5 minutes I decided to go to the other Dunkin just down the street. That location actually hires employees. I got my order taken in the drive-through and got my single large black coffee in under 5 min. I was communicated with the whole time, and the process was as you expect.
