The food is good. Our server was incredibly rude and for that reason we will not be back. When we ordered our food, we asked for a large cheese dip. The dip came with the meals and by then the chips they bring out upon arrival were gone. Rather than asking if we would like chips to dip in the giant bowl of cheese, he walked away and never came back to our table to ask if we needed anything, including drink refills. Several minutes after we finished our meals he checked in and we requested the check, a container for the uneaten bowl of cheese, and chips. He was immediately rude telling me that I would have to pay the for chips. I'm not sure why anyone would order just a big bowl of cheese and not get chips, but ok. When I told him we were never offered chips with the cheese, he got angry and stormed away- then basically threw down my box (and no chips) and left. He sent someone else out with my check. I hope the basket of chips was worth losing a...

The staff was really nice, but when my son did not eat his chicken tacos, nobody tried to take them off the check. I ate my beef tacos, out of respect. I left a tip out of respect, and paid the check out of respect. Idk what to say really except that they got our money simply cause we were in a good mood and were too nice to complian. I would have felt better about things had they scene that my son didnt touch his chicken tacos and took them off the check, instead it felt like a transaction where they said no give backs. Simple lesson, if someone doesnt complain it doesn't mean they are happy it doesnt mean nothing was wrong. Im not gonna say how bad and inauthentic the food was out of respect. Went next store to hardys and he loved it cause it was...

I came here twice, one time I got a burrito and a small queso. The second time, now, I got only queso and extra chips. The first time I came here they gave me a cup of queso, and I thought that was awesome! So I came here again, only getting queso because I didn't want a full meal, only to find out that the small queso was in a super small portion container, on top of that, the to-go chips were $11 and the queso was $3 I literally only came here to spend like $6 max on chips and dip, and turns out the large queso is the CUP and that's $13 by itself, which with math a large chips and dip would be $24 Absolutely outrages pricing for very little substance, never coming here again, not even to eat in. There's better spots in Salisbury, Ocean City,...

Edit: November 2020: Not sure if it's the pandemic or what, but service has seriously gone downhill at this location. I do not recommend attempting to use the drive-thru any longer. --------- I like the a la carte menu. You can get exactly any combination you want, no more, no less, at reasonable prices. Service is friendly and the food is tasty. They ran out of fried ice cream today, which was a little disappointing. There might be a slight language barrier, but our orders were correct and served quickly.

I have visited El Maya several times now and just love it. I love Mexican food and this place is very good. The service, cleanliness, food and prices are impressive. For those familiar with the area, this restaurant occupies the former Traders Chicken spot. I'm particularly fond of the big beers served in icy mugs. @delmarvalicious

Nastiest wanna be Mexican food place ever. It’s meant for people that do not know what true Mexican taste like. If you would like to experience a true authentic Mexican meal I would recommend EL sol or a taco truck in Onley. The hot source is nothing but tomato sauce. I do not recommend this place
