Saturday cheesesteaks with Carole. We got the buffalo cheesesteak. Public service announcement to all of you Young Bucks out there; when the woman you're with says she wants the Buffalo Cheesesteak you get the Buffalo Cheesesteak no matter how much it's going to tear up your stomach and all of the grief you're going to get on social media. Happy Carole, Happy Life. Back to the cheesesteak. This cheesesteak was all about the buffalo sauce. The rest of the cheesesteak was pretty standard. The buffalo sauce is pretty darn tasty. If you find yourself at Lenape Pizza I would absolutely recommend that you get something that day made from scratch. Under $10, you know I like that. Nice clean little place. The guy at the counter was great. Overall very good experience.

From the road this place looks decent, so I decided to swing through and check it out. I'm super impressed. I love mac & cheese bites, so I always try them out when I see them and I was pleasantly surprised at how good they are! Ten bites come with sauce, but I prefer them with BBQ. I also ordered a small pepperoni and bacon pizza, which is made super close to how I love it. It's a thinner crust pizza, but still soft crusted, loaded with toppings. It's also greasy, which is how pizza should be. Overall, I'm super happy! Although, I wish the bottle of water wasn't as much, but we can't have everything. :-)

I have been here a few times in the last 7 years since I moved to the area. Not impressed by food or service. I was surprised to find out that Costco has better, cheaper pizza. If you think I am joking, find out for yourself. This photo was from last nights order and I will just leave that there.

Simple but good.

Salads, soup, calzone, pizza (small, medium, or large), apps (mozzarella sticks, wings).

Salads are nice. Very fresh. Basic side salad includes hard-boiled egg (a nice touch).

Mozzarella sticks came out golden brown. Very hot. Gooey cheese inside. Served with a tasty marinara sauce.

Pizzas - three sizes, all different kinds. Plain, white, mushroom, pepperoni, meatball, sausage.

Hawaiian - ham and pineapple. We ordered one of these and it was fantastic! The ham was sliced thin (like little ribbons). The pineapple needs to be just a little more ripe (sweet).

Or create your own! (They're very accommodating.) I requested a white pie (mozzarella, ricotta, garlic & oil) with slices of fresh tomato. They made it and it was delicious!

Normally I love Lenape, however tonight, I had an unpleasant experience. My boyfriend had ordered my food to be delivered to my house for dinner. The estimated time that it would take to arrive was 45 minutes. He had payed online, tip and all. I patiently waited for my food, when it finally arrived, 20 minutes after its ETA. When I signed, I had said that he had tipped on the card already. The delivery boy rudely said “yeah barely” and walked away. He had tipped 20%. My food was 20 minutes late (I live 10 mins away) & came with an attitude! Yay. However, the food was still good & generally speaking, I don’t have issues with...
