Subway — Restaurant in Point Marion

So we went to subway to get lunch... an employee came in for her shift. She didn't wash her hands at all... I thought she was going to touch my sub but she didnt... so she goes in the back and brings out cheese in a bag and lettuce in a bag... instead of switching the containers out like they're supposed to she starts dumping the cheese on top of old cheese and I'm assuming she did the same thing with the lettuce... I've worked for subway and have a food handlers card... that's complete contamination and I guarantee you if a health inspector was there they would have shut them down on the spot. There is NEVER a manager available. Everytime I call to ask for one or walk in to speak to one I get told that she isn't there and they don't know when she'll be in.. I've literally called Monday-Friday to try to speak to a manager and I just get told they'd leave my name and number and have her get back to me, it's been 3 months and I'll continue to try to get ahold of one but there don't be any signs that this subway in particular has a manager and the employees are lying to...

Today 9-9-25 I decided to try the Subway restaurant here in Point Marion, PA. I picked my order around 7:10pm. The young man working was very kind and courteous.
