This is by far the best place to eat out in Mason, West Virginia. Continues to be reliable, correct, delicious and consistent. Great prices and friendly staff. Carry out or dine in, no complaints. Definitely recommend the jumbo margarita and the chori pollo.
**Review update after their rebranding, new menu and price increases: I’m so sad to say that they’ve went a bit downhill, apart from their price increases, which every business goes through, I would expect the quality and portions of the food to at best stay the same and it has not. We have ordered a few times since this rebranding and the portions and quality is noticeably different. We ordered a “4oz” sour cream side and it was at best half full. Our meat was overcooked and under seasoned. Rice was undercooked and crunchy. Out of the dishes that we loved that they didn’t get rid of due to their new menu, we expected a bit more.
They absolutely need to figure out a way to keep their food warm for pickup or delivery. We generally pick up even earlier than our estimated pick up time and it is cold, not even luke warm.
It was 16/17 years of excellent food and pricing and I’m so disheartened by...
Read moreWent there on a Tuesday afternoon while visiting from out of town and they weren't busy at all. Three people in my party. Service was fast and friendly and food was prepared quickly. I ordered the chili relleno which wasn't very good and had some kind of brown gravy on it. The taco that came with the dish though was very good. Another person in my party ordered a small taco salad which also didn't look very good at all. The salad ended up swimming in a melted sour cream liquid and was really soupy. He also commented that there wasn't but half a slice tomato in his salad. The last person in my party ordered the beef fajita which really looked good. If I was to recommend a dish there that would be it. My dinner was edible but really disappointing. The price was inexpensive and three people...

The first step in to Rio Bravo, we were greeted and taken back almost immediately and taken care of like norma,, with a salsa spicy enough to make me sweat, which was delightful. However, I felt adventurous and decided to try a quesadilla. At first, it was a strange choice, but when it arrived, it was anything but ordinary. There was a mass amount of add-ins that I wasn't expecting and, quite frankly, I was pleased with. The flavor was exactly what it should have been for shrimp, in my opinion and there was a complimentary amount of cheese that was not overwhelming, like most quesadillas are. I will be returning to this place for many...
