Subway — Restaurant in Poland

Attention SUBWAY :

TODAY I Just witnessed an employee ( older lady 50-60) leaning ON multiple sub's again and again as she is making each sub. her breast were literally leaning on top of the sandwiches as she reaches for each vegetable and condiment to put on to each sandwich.

She is short in stature so Everytime this employee would reach for another topping I witnessed her literally laying onto these people's sub. You could clearly see a stain on her work shirt where each and every time she has made a sub today has made contact.

This being allowed is just disturbing. Her work shirt has animal hairs all over it. it's so obvious the animal hairs are on her shirt their work shirts are black so it stands out like a neon sign. ( Why wasn't this employee sent home to change or given a clean shirt in place of the dirty one)

I'm pretty sure the other employee is also aware this is happening and not sure why anything has been said.

This is disgusting and this needs to be corrected immediately. All the employees here should be educated and made aware of these issues as to refrain from this type of service in the food industry.

Subway really needs to be aware this is actively happening. We made sure not to allow her make our subs.

Thank goodness there was a second sandwich artist available or we would have left immediately.

Please pay attention to your sandwiches and subs being prepared here so you don't experience what I have described here in my review.

My 1 star is due to poor employee training...

Don’t bother using the app for this location. They do not read anything on it. Ordered a Titan Turkey, double meat ($4) with bacon ($3) and a BMT. The BMT was made correctly. The turkey neither had the Titan amount of meat nor double Titan amount AND no bacon. When they asked what I ordered I even said it out loud to them and it didn’t click with them. It’s even WRITTEN IN THE COMMENTS ON THE ORDER TO HEAT THE BACON AND NOTE THE DOUBLE MEAT!! Nope, didn’t help one bit. It’s happened before and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Oh. And let’s ask for a tip on the app before you even get to see whatever they make you. If you go here, order in person so you can help whoever is working understand how to read/listen and do their job, because they obviously were not trained to do so. I was given a refund once I went back, so...

Stopped in here last night. They were out of a lot of items. No problem. Ordered the beast , my wife ordered a chicken sandwich. We both got fountain drinks. They only had a cpl flavors left. We settled for sprite. Clearly was out. We ended up with weird tasting carbonated water. Fine. Whatever. Sat down unwrapped our sandwiches and dumped our chips onto the sandwich wrapper. Just to be told by the girl that just made our sandwiches that we had 4 minutes to eat it. Who the hell can eat a meal in 4 minutes. Sure enough , in 4 minutes she told us they were closed and we had to leave. I asked her why she didn't tell us that when we ordered it and she said " i had another customer in line" her answer made no sense. Very unprofessional. Delicious...
