Frank's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Polk Township

This comment is only based on the service. The food was never eaten. Someone referred this place for delivery and said the food was good. I was told 40mins at initial order over the phone. After 1hr passed I called and asked for update. I was told another 10mins driver would be there. 30mins later pizza arrived and it was cold. I refused delivery. No money was spent but, when I called back to let them know about their service there was no accountability. An explanation or some sort of apology would have...

I'm from New York city and no pizza in PA compares to NY PA, however, this is a decent place to eat. I'm extremely germophobic with food and I eat from this place so that says a lot. The delivery guy is very friendly and although I have relatives that don't have high opinions about their food, I don't mind it at all. Everything was BANANAS & bananas is not on their menu! Called at 6pm. They said "It will be ready in 20 minutes".

Then we experienced a LOST THE ORDER of 1 sandwich & 24-wings. They argued that they lost it & that it was busy as they shrugged their shoulders. They did get it ready & IT WAS OVER $50. They wouldn't even consider a discount for the nonsense they created!!

We are not interested in going back to endure another weird vibe of excuses and food...
