We went tonight to get some dinner for the family. My husband place the order by phone to make it easier . He prefers to speak Spanish so he spoke Spanish making the order . But since the beginning when a worker name Ty answer the phone he was rude . While my husband was telling him what we wanted to order he said a few remarks in a rude way . Then my husbands gets there and as soon he said he was there to pick up a order under his name the employe who was Ty the same one who answer the phone walk away to the back just leaving him there without saying anything. After a couple of minutes he came back. And my husband told him that he needed to be a bit less rude . (My husband also works in a restaurants and has been for the past 14yrs ) so he understand sometimes your tired or frustrated but to treat people like that is not right. And then he ask my husband do speak English my husband said yes but I feel more comfortable with Spanish. To which Ty told him well I donāt care I feel better with English . I apologize Ty if you where having a bad day , I have never left a bad review but this time I do think this employee was really rude . And after all he gave us our order wrong . I will also be stopping by tomorrow to speak to a supervisor in person . Because TY said that my bad review is not going to be the 1st one or last so he donāt care. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was great. The disrespectful attitude from the girl at the counter (tattoo of lips on her neck) was very unprofessional. There I stood needing to use the bathroom after just attending a funeral and was eventually told I could not use the bathroom unless I purchased my food first!!!! After I mentioned to her that I was first going to pee on the floor of the restaurant or in the bathroom, before paying, she reluctantly responded "Oh MY God! ", and she finally let me use the bathroom. How anyone could think a 63 year old well groomed person was going to be a threat to her restroom is beyond me!
The manager was notified as well, however he preached out the same rule, like him saying it again was going to help. I clearly told the manager that the restroom door should be marked that it is locked at all time and access needs to be requested. At that point they can profile who is going to use the restroom and make a respectfully wise decision. The manager said he would resolve the bad signage issue but I believe me being gone was all he wanted.
The correct signage would have kept me from standing at the bathroom door for 7 minutes while miss "lips tattooed on her neck" enjoyed watching me dancing around while she...

And when we got home 5 mins away, are fries were raw. Like dipped in oil and taken out. I called and they said I would have to bring them right back in order to get a replacement. I left my daughter eatting her burger, and I went to get a new 2 orders of fries. I got there and they replaced them but they were not concerned about the meal I'm missing. My daughter is eatting with no fries and I'll be eatting fries with a cold burger. I ate a couple fries in the car before I left. Closed the bag and went home. I got home and opened both orders and yet they were the same. This is some bs. They are the only local place by me with thick fries, but now I will never spend my money there again.
