Ponca City Megaburger — Restaurant in Ponca City

Hamburger was very badly put together. I wish I could upload photos because it was falling apart into a mushy mess on the bottom. The Hamburger patty was one inch on one side and half an inch on the other side. The Hamburger patty needs to be seasoned. Next my order of tater tots I got had chicken nuggets mixed in. They were also so smashed they looked like hashbrowns. The cheese ranch fries I got didn't come with the ranch but that's not too much of a big deal I just went back and asked for some since I was charged for it. The cheese fries were a gummy mess. The owner needs to make sure things look correct when the food goes out as there were many mistakes made with my order. I hate to leave a bad review for someone just starting up but I want them to succeed and have better service...

In my opinion, Mega Burger has the absolute best burger in town. My wife and I always forget about Mega Burger until they closed and reopened. Now we try to eat there every time we are craving a burger. You can't bet the hamburgers there, they are always fresh, real meat, not some nasty pre-made burger like all the other fast food restaurants around town. We are so happy they reopened, we will definitely continue to support them and tell everyone we talk to that they should go get them a big juicy burger...
