Hollywood Café — Restaurant in Ponce

When a female goes to a bar in general you want to have a good time and feel safe. The security staff is a joke there were underage children especially girls. The security team will stay in one area and hang out like its there party time vs observe and protect the bars image and patrons safety. I saw things that could had been avoided and ppl who should had been kicked out. And when there has been too much heat and women trying to get fresh air by their huge fans the security team would shut off the fans. In doing this they would later take it for themselves. It's unfortunate because the mixed drinks were amazing. Amazing bar staff bit lousy...

It’s a nice and open space to hangout with friends. A couple of features makes this place less than. First, it’s cash or ATHMovil ONLY. If live artists are playing the sound is not under control which means you WILL have to scream to communicate. Service is subpar to say the least, only one cash register and 10 waitresses all standing at the bar looking at each other’s faces. I did not have a great experience and I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon....

My experience with the atmosphere was very good, but the service was not up to par with the good place. The bartender passed me by and, out of courtesy, did not even mention what to expect or if I wanted anything, if someone the bartender knew arrived. She made me wait, but it wasn't until someone she also knew arrived that she served me. The food was not like it was before they moved to the new location, but to have a nice time and have good music,...
