Very disappointed again.I was just at Arby's at Perry and Walton at 9:45 on a Thursday evening.We pulled up to the speaker and it tells us to place our order.We ordered a Large Jamocha shake and a Large Vanilla shake and ........Nothing no response. After 10 minutes we pulled up to the window. You could see all the machines on and a person hiding behind the counter. We sat outside the window until right after 10.Just as we",re pulling away she pops out. What the heck is wrong with this person. Whole we were there we saw four others try to come.This seems like a really bad way to run a business. I would not be this upset normally but about a month ago the same thing happened except that time they actually answered the phone and told me they were closed even though it clearly said online 10 pm and on the window 10pm.This used to be my favorite fast food place ,not anymore.Hopefully somebody will fix this problem.I drive out of my way to come here not sure I want to try anymore its just been a waste of time and gas. Read moreA young girl came in for orientation, as I was in line to order, & was speaking to the manager. I couldnt help but barely overhear him deny her employment because she was 5 minuets late. He said, "If you cant be on time for orientation whats to say you will be on time for scheduled shift, sorry." She said ok, looked a little shocked or embarrassed & left. I told him I overheard that & thank you for not proceeding w hiring that individual potentionally wasting... everyones time, including the customer (myself) in the long run by not caring about, seemingly... a few different points concerning her job. The young, high school age, girl came back in as I was now sitting with my 15 & 11 yr old daughters eating, Im assuming to apologize, & he denied her again... @ this point I kind of felt bad now, personally thinking perhaps he should have taken her apology into more consideration but this is life. If your old enough to have a job your old enough to abide by commonsense respect & be on time... your first time, being orientation, which is safe to assume she will be paid for. I just hope she is safe & isnt in trouble now......
Read moreAfter this place was remodeled I've had better service in the past. Before was horrible service and after today will not attend this store anymore! Placed my order today and when she read my order back to me she had added 4 items i didn't even order or even say! So i corrected the order. She then asked me what size drink i wanted i said "medium". She then came over the intercom and was extremely rude and unprofessional. "WHAT SIZE?" I replied "medium" her reply "PULL UP"... so i left!
I am the customer. Dont talk to me rude if i dont talk to you rude. I shop here which in turn is how you get PAID. I dont care if your having a bad day or if thats just who you are, I'm here to BUY the food you are selling... Work on your customer...
