Montgomery's On Main — Restaurant in Pontotoc

Absolutely by far hands and feet down the worst let me repeat that worst place I have ever eaten in my life the service sucked the food was horrible and tasteless the waitress literally spilled drink on my husband's shoes and didn't even apologize the burgers were horrible and I tried to order lemon pepper wings and they were out and what restaurant doesn't warn their customers before they order that they are out of something. if I were you I would not waste my time money or appetite on this place Montgomery's may be different but Montgomery's on main is absolutely horrible not to mention very overly priced charging $4 for a fountain drink is ridiculous especially when the waitress didn't even come back to refill any of the drinks that we had ordered. only my husband and two children ate that night and it was still almost $100 crazy priced for three burgers with fries one order of fried pickles which were so hard you might as well just have eating a rock and one order of fried mushrooms outrageous!!!! Rough experience. Took a while. Although I didnt get what I orderer, a child across the room did and it looked absolutely delicious. I ended up with what the child presumable ordered which was the kids menu hamburger—just meat and bread. Once I discovered this, I sat in front of my once bitten burger hoping to get it corrected to what I heard the 7 year old repeatedly describe as, “much better than anything you’ve ever cooked, daddy!” The opportunity to point the mistake out to someone, however, did not present itself until much later when it was past time for us to leave. We went to Montgomery’s on Saturday night about 8pm. We did not plan on eating that late but had some stuff had come up. We ordered the sausage and cheese platter to start and then ahouse salad each. For our meal, we got the surf and turf special. I got the catfish ans my husband got the shrimp. Every. Single. Thing was AMAZING!! From the service to the food. Everything was seasoned, hot and fresh. The catfish was some of the best I’ve had and my husband said the same about the shrimp. The server even asked when would we like our salads.
