I am very disappointed of the way Tony handled my to go order this morning. I ordered a gyro omelette and asked that they please not over cook the hash browns I picked up my order and when I got home to eat it the hash browns were well done. I called and asked if they could remake my meal I was told only the hash browns would be remade. So I said I would bring the meal back and wanted a refund then I was told that nothing could be done until after 10 am when a manager got there but I was already in the parking lot by then. I went in and explained the issue to Toni he said not to worry about it that he would remake my meal. Less than 2 minutes later he brings it to me and apologized for the inconvenience. But he didn't know that before I took the food back I put a distinct cut in the omelette just to see if they were honest people which come to find out they most definitely are not all that man did was reheat the same meal and replaced the burnt hash browns. My family and I order from this restaurant at least twice a week and spend over $200 a month there and for Tony to flat out lie and tell me that it all new food was ridiculous but I see how he is and God only knows what and how the food there is truly pepaired. We ate here on a Sunday afternoon after going to the pumpkin patch and apple orchard. We have never been here before so we stopped on our way home. So it's a cute diner style atmosphere so we assumed breakfast would still be available as it doesn't say the breakfast isn't an all day item. We asked and it's not. So we looked over the menu and found other food to eat, no big deal. Food came out quick which is always nice. However towards the end of our meal we were basically rushed out. Granted we didn't know they close at 2 p.m. but literally I just took my last bite of food and was chewing and a guy came and asked to clear my plate. Like damn, I can't even swallow this first?? Then like I said we didn't know they were closing but we were the last table there so how are they going to mop right where we have to walk to leave?? Like you know we are leaving so you want to remop it again?? Has good food, good reputation and some staff. Ive came here for years with many friends and family. But the last time i went with my mom i found a bug in my hash browns. Then just today im talking with a family member and the waitress gives a smart remark while im trying to finish my conversation, like she couldnt walk off and wait a moment. She then asks what id like to drink, brings me water and coffee. I found a hair in my coffee. I just pulled it out (whatever, but still gross) and when i finish my meal i go to finish my coffee and notice lipstick on my coffee mug. Like seriously? As i go to pay the guy asks how everything was. So i told him about my coffee and mug. He says eww with a disgusted face. But both times literally have done nothing for customer satisfaction.
