Oh my goodness where to start? Mr. A greeted everyone with a huge smile, and had a GREAT personality that immediately provided an positive happy vibe. The set up of tables and volume of music allowed for private conversation that could be had at a normal volume. Ok, so, THE FOOD. By far the best salsa in the area. All fresh fire roasted ingredients that had a pleasant smoky hint and wasn't too spicy or too much cilantro. It was PERFECTLY balanced. Then, time to order our meals came. We asked Mr. A what he recommended, and he asked if he could surprise us. We were feeling adventurous and took him up on his offer! The portions were huge with everything cooked absolutely perfectly! The baked potato was so fluffy, the veggies weren't just mush they had a fresh bite to them, the jalapeños were cut beautifully and the steak was cooked perfectly. My son's dish was a burrito with pineapple, chorizo, shrimp,veggies, and so so much more. He LOVED it! Mr. A also brought me a birria taco after discussing with him how hard it's been to find good authentic birria in the area. This place is amazing! The staff are friendly and continually make sure you are good on food and drink. The food tasted amazing! Definitely have the cheese dip when you go! We ordered from the American side of he menu. Wasn't in mood for Mexican. The food was luke warm at best. The hamburger steak and mashed potatoes was barely room temperature, the hamburger wrap was cold. The wrap was not warmed up, hamburger was cold and the cheese was jot even remotely melted. Our sides, corn and onion rings, were over cooked and too greasy. Had been there once before and thought the food to be good, so why not go again? Will not be returning.
