A Triumphant Feast at Happy House: A Culinary Haven of Joy Happy House isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a radiant beacon of warmth, flavor, and unparalleled hospitality that elevates dining to a near-mythical experience! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that, while simple in décor, pulsed with a vibrant, welcoming energy that made my heart sing. The unassuming charm of the environment is far overshadowed by the sheer brilliance of the staff, the food, and the service—each a shining star in this culinary constellation. The staff at Happy House are nothing short of extraordinary. Their warmth and genuine kindness radiate like sunlight, creating an instant sense of belonging. They greeted regulars by their first names with such effortless familiarity, it felt like stepping into a close-knit family gathering. Every smile, every attentive gesture was a testament to their passion for hospitality. My coffee and water? Never once did they dip below a quarter of a cup—servers swooped in with ninja-like precision, ensuring my glass was perpetually brimming. This level of service isn’t just unbelievable; it’s the stuff of legends. And the food—oh, the food! The patty melt was a revelation, the best I’ve ever had. Picture this: a golden, buttery bun cradling a perfectly seared patty, molten cheese oozing with every bite, and caramelized onions that sang with sweet-savory perfection. Each mouthful was a symphony of flavors, crafted with such care it could make a poet weep. The menu’s other offerings, from crisp salads to hearty sides, were equally delightful, each dish a testament to the kitchen’s mastery. The environment, while modest, buzzed with a lively charm—clean, cozy, and filled with the hum of happy conversations. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at home, where the focus is on the experience rather than flashy trappings. Happy House is a gem, a five-star triumph that I’ll return to again and again, forever chasing the magic of that patty melt and the staff who make every visit feel like a celebration. If you haven’t been, go—your taste buds and soul...
Read moreAfter a long day of sightseeing with family we stopped in for a bite to eat, there was only two customers in the place usually it's busy so we thought it would be a good place to stop in. There were 9 of us and the waiter greeted us as the door as we were coming in and he asked how many and promptly asked if we had a reservation. I was shocked, the place was empty. He went on kind of rude and placed us in the back letting us know that area is the only place he could seat us and turned on the lights and heater. We got menus and he continued to tell us he had to watch the register and balance his time coming to the back. We noticed he and the cook were watching the football game so we seriously considered leaving but we stayed and ate. We felt we were not welcome although we were about to lay down over $100 for food, I have never been treated like that in a restaurant. I am sure the owners of the business would like to know that because of a football game the almost lost out on a sale. I am local, not a tourist and sorry to say we will not be back or recommend that restaurant. Needless to say he came in to let us know the...
Read moreNew review: I came here recently with my dad, my order was messed up, and when it was fixed it wasn't even the type of burger I ordered (I didn't order cheddar cheese) the burgers don't taste the same anymore. The new buns are really greasy, and the new pickles taste awful. My dad's food? You can serve him burnt charcoal and he won't complain so idk how dads food was.
The wait staff also ignores everyone who aren't regulars, I didn't get checked in on, was only looked at once...I had to wait 6 minutes to be seated. They arent organized at all. I dont get why its okay for me to be ignored over the old guy who just buys a coffee everyday and nothing else. Yeah I get building relationships and what not, but maybe try building a repor with possible new regulars. All I felt like was a inconvenience. I won't be back for...
