Went in today and bought two Drive Thru Specials. My thighs were not cooked all the way. I drove back up there and talked to the young lady that initially checked me out. She ask what was wrong? I gave her the bag, she tore it open and looked at the raw chicken. Then started making excuses that it's just a little red but good. I said I didn't want it. She told a male worker to give me another thigh as if she was angry. I ask for a leg instead. I brought two thighs back but was only given 1 leg to replace it. The fried chicken and liver was good but everything else needed a lot more love. The set up for the buffet is completely wrong and parking is a nightmare because access to the other half of the parking lot is blocked by the drive through. Hopefully this is just practice and they can get it right later on. First of all there are no labels on anything so you have to guess at what you're putting on your plate. Second you only have access from the front and have to wait or squeeze between people if you wanna go back to get something else. Until they switch it up and make it better I won't be going back.
