To all the reviewers who have highly praised the food here - you need to get out more.

I got the impression that everything here was frozen, not really cooked to order. The food was heavy and left me and my niece feeling a little rough in the stomach. None of the dressings or condiments were made in house, they were all served in packets from a large supplier. The breadsticks were also clearly frozen and they lacked flavor. Having an awesome breadstick can really make a big difference, and this particular breadstick fell very flat.

The hand sanitizer stations were not functional, they should probably be removed.

The atmosphere was nice and the service was great. They have a little arcade and a pool table here, and I really liked that they had a change machine for the arcade.

I stopped near the end of the day, and they were a little busy. People seemed to be enjoying their food a lot and having a good time. Service was very fast and friendly. I ordered the rib steak dinner. Salad was decent. They use a prepackaged good brand of dressing that you can put on as you like. The baked potato was great. Wrapped in foil and very moist and fluffy, with real butter and Daisy Sour Cream that you could put on as much as you want. The steak was wonderful. Mid rare, so tender you could pull it apart with a fork, and all the juice was in the steak and not on the plate. We came here after craving pizza after a long week. We were sat immediately but no one so much as glanced at us / acknowledged us for roughly 20 minutes from the time we sat down. We ordered dough balls and a large supreme pizza. The dough balls came out and were hot and decent tasting. They are the reason I have 2 stars vs 1. 1 order of dough balls ($6) and 1 surpreme pizza ($25) brought the bill to $35 (we had water). Our pizza came out and the toppings were very undercooked and it looked like they opened a can a mushrooms at the last second and dumped them on. The crust itself was hot but none of the toppings were cooked or hot. I used to love fireside pizza as a local but won’t be coming back...
