Hermann's Rest-A-While — Restaurant in Port Barrington

Hermann's rest a while is a small bar in port Barrington. I frequent it during the winter months to ice fish the channels of the fox river right across the street from the bar. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It's pretty inexpensive to park in their lot if you want to go out ice fishing. Came here for the Jeep, ducks and pups event. So much fun! Katie, the bartender is hilarious, I seriously loved her attitude and jokes. Thank YOU! Don't ever change. Always a good time at Hermanns, friendly neighborhood bar, with good food, friendly atmosphere.
