I love the atmosphere and outdoor seating. The waitresses and bar tenders are nice. I was over charged for my meals and I didn’t say anything. The waitress mistakenly told me an orange creamsicle crush was on the happy hour menu when it was just the orange crush. The manager came out and tried to accuse me of being wrong. I explained the waitress told me it was on the happy hour menu. They came out three times trying to say I was confused. The waitress said she would just pay for it. Management did not handle this well at all. People make mistakes and the waitress was mistaken because the menu was confusing for happy hour. It says orange crushes (plural), so it happens. Read moreThe food is always delicious! But I’ve had multiple issues with service. Don’t try to order food late because they sometimes (frequently) shut the kitchen down early. They rarely ever answer their phone, which makes it hard to place an order to pick up. Also one time I ordered take out and specifically asked for no bleu cheese for medical reasons and bit into my food to find it covered in bleu cheese. They corrected this for me but I made sure that they heard me and it still ended up with bleu cheese.

Read moreZERO should really be an option, even though I would rate it an absolute negative. The owner, Casey could care less about customer service/experience. Food is over priced and it sucks here. For a small community we rely on each other. Go somewhere that values your loyalty and money. We waited over 2 hours for our food. The waitress could not have been kinder. When asked to speak to the manager, the owner came out trying to yell at us, and tell us what the restaurant industry is like. It's bar food. Not gourmet. Instead of drinking and being on your phone in the kitchen, maybe help and work on your customer service skills. You didn't ask us to leave, you told us to go somewhere else not as busy....
